Parishioner Information

There are a few different ways that you can register in the parish.    

• Visit us in the Parish Office between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
• Call us at 810-653-2377, and we will help you over the phone.
• Complete this Registration Form and return it to us, either via the collection basket, drop it off to us between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., or mail to:

• Or fill out this Interactive Registration Form and submit it to us by e-mail

First  Child

If this is your first child to be baptized, you are asked to attend a Baptism Class. Register for the class by calling the Parish Office at 810-653-2377 or email  the Parish Office. If you are not able to attend a class, please contact the Parish Office.

Print this Baptism Form. Fill it out, being sure to answer the questions on the second page.Take it with you to the class.

You may choose one or two Godparents, at least one of them must be a practicing Catholic. Print this Godparent Form. The Godparents need to read about their responsibilities and sign the form. Return the  completed form to the Parish Office prior to the baptism.

After you complete the class, you may contact Fr. Andrew, Fr. Georgel or Dcn. Dan by calling the Parish Office to set the date for the baptism.

Second, Third.....
If you have already had a child baptized, you are not required to attend the class again. Contact Fr. Andrew, Fr. George or Dcn. Dan by calling the Parish Office at 810-653-2377 to set the date for the baptism.

Print this Baptism Form , fill it out and return to the Parish Office at least two weeks prior to the baptism.

Engaged couples are asked to contact Fr. Andrew through the parish office 810-653-2377, at least 9 months prior to the wedding date.  Each couple is required to attend an Introduction to Natural Family Planning class, a Perspective in Faith seminar and a communication class, We Care. There is a $75.00  fee for the We Care Class. In addition, they need to complete and review the FOCCUS survey.

Click this link for the Marriage Prep Class Schedules. Call Robin at 810-653-2377 or email to register for your marriage prep classes at least 3 months in advance of the wedding, the couple is asked to arrange a meeting with Julie Richards, musician and liturgist. She may be contacted at 810-658-1135. At this time all necessary information for planning the ceremony will be recorded. 

 

Contact Barbara McCrandall, Church Flower/Decoration Coordinator, 810-653-5810 at least two weeks prior to the wedding. Unity Candle holder, Candelabras, quilted kneeler covers and bow clips may be rented from the Altar Society.
